  2. If you are very, very lucky, it could happen. But it would take having someone that is receiving a USPS Express Mail delivery on Sunday that is in the same "neighborhood as you.

    Most Post Offices will send out other available parcels if they have to send a courier to deliver Express Mail. Sort of to give them more to do to cover their time.

  4. No, they don't even deliver if you have rush delivery. I have ran into this problem before.
