Does vietnam have the same Video Frequancy as Australia?

i heard that australia is on pal and i dont know what vietnam is on, would someone be able to tell me if a Vietnamese Xbox would work in australia, through RCA cables....

yes, it would work.....but u have to configuration on the TV

Yes. Vietnam is on PAL or PAL/SECAM.

I have never heard of any Vietnamese Xbox. But I know Xboxes in Vietnam are imported from Japan.
