There's a virgin blue opperates from terminal 3 at Tullamarine Airport, but I'm not sure with International Flights, hang on I'll check for you. I checked and and it doesn't look like they do, the major airline to fly into Tullamarine are mainly QANTAS (Queenland and Nothern Terrioty Air Service for you people who didn't know) British Airways, Emirates, Air New Zealand, Singapore Airlines. I think Virgin may fly into Sydney and then you can catch a Virgin Blue or JetStar flight down to Melbourne for less than $100aus.
