i want a plain ol' sims 2 game, but all i can find are the expansion packs or apartment life or any of those other unnecessary spin offs.

well, i found the plain ol' sims 2 that i want on amazon for $20,

the only thing is that that the description of the game doesn't include vista in the list of programs it can be run on.

it lists:

windows 98, ME, 2000, and XP.

my question, does vista really matter?

and, if this is a problem, does anyone know where i can get the plain ol' sims 2 game that i want for vista?

  1. No. I run it in Ubuntu, so it should run in Windows Vista!

  2. NO. Vista is 'backwards' compatible with XP. So your programme will work. Disregard that first moron that posted.

  3. It should run

  4. Sims is a game... games made for computers, work for any computer (depends on if its for windows for Mac). Im sure it works on Vista.
