Im 15 years old and i've had glasses for the past 6 years. I have heard a few stories about people who just had a lot of vitamin A and after a few months, they didn't need glasses anymore

  1. That's all it is...stories.

Vitamin A can help improve night vision, IF you happen to have a vitamin A deficiancy to begin with.

A vitamin A deficiancy will cause poor vision when it is dark. It is seen in severely malnourished children in Haiti for instance.

There are no vitamins that can actually improve your sight...

Your vision is the way it is because of the shape of your eye...the way you have grown.

  2. It helps promote general eye health, it will not cure anything.
