yes, the vitamins are just added later.

Bottled water is nothing special either.  Its the same, if not worse than tap water in some areas.

At least tap water has flouride to help your teeth.

Exactly. And vitamins added. And did you know that if the label doesn't specify, like spring water, the source of your bottled water might be from the same plant as your tap water?
