Don't do what I have done but I've been a drug attic most my life and I never taken vitamins or eaten healthy and I have hair longer and better then most girls........So I'm proof that doing nothing make your hair good

Vitamins does help the hair to grow.It is always more better to find them in natural sources.Specifically you have to take iron containing food substances.You can look them up on the net.Almonds especially help you to grow thick and strong hair.
