Does walking/running eventually make your butt and thighs and calves bigger?

recently took up walking/jogging...it increases my stamina..but im skinny and im afraid ill lose weight...i don't want to lose weight..

i want to gain muscle in my thighs and glutes and calves..will walking/jogging help me gain muscle or will it just make me lose weight in them?

  1. Both...

    I run both Cross Country and Track and Field, my calves grew larger and my weight stayed consistent. (I hope, I haven't weighed myself in a while, and I'm afraid of the outcome)

    My thighs, hmm they don't touch.


  2. doing exercise wont make you lose weight

    if you eat right and do strength work etc you will gain muscle and get tht body youve always wanted

    trust me it worked for me
