yes they do and also do random ones or if you get hurt on the job so be careful about the weed or what ever you do

Yes, I believe all the big companies have provisions for drug screening their prospective employees.

Yes they do require a drug test.  Usually it's just the simple pee in a cup kind.

Usually the way it works is, you get your first interview and then maybe a second at the second you will take this weird "survey".  After management has a chance to look over your answers, you might get called back in for a third interview, at that time they will offer you a job pending the results of your drug screening.
