Yes but not all of the walmarts sell live fish.They are usually fairly cheap and fun to watch if you have bigger or any aggressive type fish or even a betta in your tank they will get eaten.

What do you mean? Brine shrimps or smthin....

if u mean living shrimp...then no.

yes they do actually ghost shrimp i have three of them and i bought them for 26 cents each very cheap for them because they clean my tank AWESOMELY they eat extra food they are a BIG help

Sometimes they will sell ghost shrimp but I do not recommend buying anything from wal*mart.  If one tank is full of ich, the odds are it has been spread to the other tanks as well because it is on a single water filtration unit, and they do not take care of the problem when it starts let alone before its a problem.  Buy your fish from an actual pet store so the poor fish at wal*mart won't be replaced with other poor fish.
