i know boxers abstain so.> and i can bench 200 at 165 pounds

i'm 17 is this good

and i'm 6'1 and have trouble dunking /can anyone tell me how to jump higher/make sure to answer main question above the rest.....

    The increased sense of well being becuae of it will probably help you to be relaxed and enjoy the workout, insteat of being strung tight like barb wire.

    If dudes abstain to be boxers, getting hit in the nutz with a full load hurts way more that the other condition of note being as firm.

    Probably a boxer Dude who thinks abstaining helps would be messed up if he didn't, even though it isn't true.

Yes, it can help, especially if you can hold it longer than just mere masturbation, you know how it works hands off, those are actually considered and exercise, for the second part, it takes practice just like anything else, build up your calf and thigh muscles and it will help attain a higher jump for you, just watch the weights though, don't over do it, and average is 20 to 30 lbs. more than your body weight for now. You can work on that as you age a little more.
