The cause of myopia is purely the shape of your eye. If you need glasses, that's why. Some effects from the computer are dry eyes from lack of blinking, but won't contribute to your myopia. There is no other way, except having corrective surgery that will take away the need for glasses.

Correct any refractory error you have and use very slightly tainted glasses for total safety.Still better if you enlarge the print on computer.

if you use the pc too long, your eyes gets tired. then stop or you'll just worsen everything
