Just curious..I would like to know if there is (as stated above) an average temperature for water.

Water is always at "room temperature" or the temp goes according to the environment..so...is there even such a thing as an average temperature, or even..it's original temperature..?

  1. The answer is an outright no of course.

The term 'room temperature' is simply that - the temperature of the room. Room temperature is thus often indicated by general human comfort, with the common range of 18°C (64.4 °F) to 24°C (75.2 °F), though climate may acclimatize people to higher or lower temperatures. For scientific calculations, an average of 20°C is often used, and this is not a precisely defined scientific term.

The temperature of the seas can range from just a few degrees Celsius to 30°C or more.
