  1. Pure, distilled water does not.  In fact if you drink huge quantities of distilled water you can cause an imbalance of electrolytes.

    Electrolytes are essentially minerals.  If you mean tap water, then yes.  Tap water does contain a few electrolytes.  Not as much as Gatorade or those other sport drinks.

    This is just general knowledge.  Most people will know this so if you need to type this most likely you do not need to put in a source.
