  2. Not specifically. It's more that dehydration makes your mind fuzzy-then you drink water (or another nonalcoholic liquid) and your thinking clears.

  3. When dehydrated we become tired and lethargic. About 80% of our brain is water as apposed to bout 70% of our body. So proper hydration and dehydration do have more effect on the brain than on the rest of our body. So it will definately help.

    However, so will B vitamins, ginseng, Ginko Biloba, caffeine, omega 3s, and flaxseed oil.

  5. Yeah, and if you drink too much of it, it will make your mind explode.    

    No, seriously!   Look up "hyponatremia".   Too much water can kill you.
