  1. clear, vibrant skin

healthy (keeps everything inside flushed out and clean)

actually aids in reducing water weight

many people eat when they're actually just thirsty, so drinking lots of water will help you differentiate between when you're actually hungry or just thirsty or dehydrated

  2. I don't think so.Water cleanses our body especially our kidneys.Water serves as basis of urine, digestive juices, perspiration and even blood. It aids in regulating the bloodstream for circulation, helps eliminate unnecessary wastes from metabolism, flushes out unwanted toxins, regulates the body's temperature and carries oxygen and nutrients to the different parts of the body. There are still so many things you can benefit in drinking enough water but I don't think that it can really help you in reducing your weight unless you have proper diet and exercise.

  3. Water can help simply because it fills you up and so your appetite could be less from drinking lots of it but that is not a recommended method of weight loss. It cleanses your body, flushes toxins out of your system and as a result of this your skin will look better and if water is the only liquid you drink along with eating healthily, it should definitely help you to lose weight. Soda is unbelievably fattening and awful for your skin. I know some indirectly that died though from overloading on water. She took the recommended amount per day too far and was literally drinking gallons a day. Her body couldn't handle it and she died. The actual cause of death was too much water. I can't remember if it was kidney failure as a result of that or a heart attack. Anyway, 6-8 glasses a day is PLENTY. Obviously in hotter climates you can drink more than that if you still feel thirsty but that's usually more than enough.

  4. Your body needs water for the many chemical reactions that take place in your body including the breaking down of fat and the building of muscle. Drinking alot of water might make you feel full sometimes, so that you may not want to eat so much. One should only drink as much water as you feel you need to drink. If you are thirsty, drink up. You do not have to over do it.
