Does wearing Hollister all the time make me a prep?

yes i do. im 27 though and i think that stuff is for teens. but yea in highschool, i was one of those people and still am to some degree hated it when people had to attach a name brand to their style..like they have somethig to prove. i think it's very "high school"

i think wearing clothes with big logos is g*y. It's just trying to show off wear you went shopping, and nobody important really cares. Think about it. What important person on this planet wears giant logos on their chest?

Hollister is hardly preppy, more like knock off preppy, wearing Ralph Lauren and Banana Republic all the time is preppy. So no, I don't think so.

haha' that's what i usually wear too, and i dont' think you should considered as a prep, well kinda but not really. since i'm asian and wear those stuff, they say i'm white-washed & i'm just like whatevs with that. I really love their clothes! NO matter what other ppl say, as long as the clothes look good on you, you should stick with them! Their clothes are designed for slim/skinny ppl so if you're that type of person then you should def. stick with it! There's really nothing bad about being a prep anyway! Geeks, nerds, preps, punks are just common nowadays so you shouldn't be worried! (;

It all depends on how much you shop there..what other stores you usually buy clothes from...how your friends dress...how you act..and how your friends act..alsoo..id say preppy people are in between median and high income salary

I'm not a fan of preps.  Sry, but I'm not.  To me, a prep is someone who thinks that they are better than everyone else.  Usually, they wear the brands you mentioned, but they think they are better because they wear them.  Honestly, if you are happy with yourself, who cares?  People are ALWAYS going to label you no matter what you look like.  If someone cares THAT much about your looks, they're not worth your time.  People miss out on potential friends just because of what they look like.
