I live in upstate New York so we always experience every type of weather here. When it's cold, rainy, muggy, or snowy people just always seem to be all "meh" but when it's sunny or warm out people always seem to be more outgoing and friendly. What exactly causes this? The obvious answer would be "because it's nicer obviously?" but is there any sort of scientific explanation behind it or is it just that simple?
