A lot of people say eating chocolate and fatty foods is poor for your skin, as in you will get spots or acne, while others say it makes no difference at all. So as well as being bad for your internal health, is it also actually bad for your external health?

  1. The program called Brainiac did a test of some one eating only reli bad food for a week, and concluded that it IS A MYTH..... tho i'm not too sure myself

  2. its true!!! food affects acne

  3. you are made of food. certainly what you eat affects all parts of your body. but what and how is complicated and does differ from person to person.

  4. Yes what you eat really does make a difference.  Food releases nutrients into your body which effect all aspects of the body on the outside!  That's why people say drinking water will hydrate your skin, because what's on the inside gets into the bloodstream, and then to your skin!

  5. Yes it is true.

Oily and greasy foods like pizza, burgers, and bacon have negative effects on your skin.

Acidic things such as lemon, salt, and vinegar, deteriorate the enamel of your teeth. I'd imagine it does the same to your skin.

  6. Have u heard the saying you are what you eat...well its true. There is no study however that proves chocolate to cause acne, however sugar, oil, coffee, dairy all do. So stick to dark chocolate(lower sugar content)

  7. It is definitely true. I have read it before and disbelieved it, but the older I get the more my wife can tell me, by my appearance, whether or not I have eaten or drunk particular things, the day before.

If I need to look as good as I can for any particular reason, then I know what not to eat the day or two before

  8. Yep a Healthy diet for a healthy body
