Does white eyeliner look bad on the bottom lid?

I've used white eye liner on the top but does it not work on the bottom?

it looks better on the bottom!

on your waterline (bottom) it makes your eyes look brighter and a little bigger : ) so you look more awake! : )

If you're aiming to make your eyes look bigger, use brown eyeliner. Make it thick inside your eyes, and lightly line the top eyelash line. White eyeliner may not look as good as brown. You can also use black, but brown looks prettier on a daily basis!

don't use white on top. use black on top to make it stand out and use white on the bottom to keep it looking natural and not too over done!
