  1. My sister has recently damaged her back, and thinks that she may have done so by using the Wii .

Go swimming instead. It's cheaper, and probably a healthier way of getting fit. You could lose weight too

  2. yeah it does if you go on it quite a bit!

    e.g

my brother and his fiance got a wii on friday...they had both lost two pounds by sunday.

his fiances father has lost 2 stone from jogging every morning.

it also detects when you have a baby in your arms!

well good. i would say you should get one, but there are currently none left in the UK lol.

    (:

  3. you move jurning playing so probably yeah, but dont expect much it's just a game, start lifting weights,

  4. It will help you tone up and perhaps loose weight if you use it for a long period of time each day. Also, don't just do the little fun games. Try and push yourelf and do things like the 30 minute free jogging or the muscle challenges. That way, you will see the best results. You've got to really try at it to see the results!

  5. To tell you the truth its a bit of a gimmic because to actually lose any weight what so ever you will have to play on it ALOT and i mean alot im talking like 4 hours a day. All of the sports on there dont do anything at all. I mean especially for a fit or healthy person. The hardest workout on the game is jogging on the spot! How pathetic!!!!! Although, it does tone you a LITTLE bit and it does help with flexibility and balance but if your buying it to loose weight DONT. Join a gym or go running dont buy wii fit. And unless your morbidly obese i dont think anyone has lost substancial amounts of weight. So what im basically trying to say is its a load of bull****.

    Hope this helps ;]

  6. Well technically, yes, because moving around will burn calories and such. But,if you really want to get exercise, turn it off and go play some *real* sports.

  7. yeh someone i know lost 15 pounds!

  8. It might if you have bad taste in video games (so you'll play it a lot) and If you have a LOT of time to waste

  9. I personally think it doesn't help you lose weight, but its fun and not a couch potato game. So, you will be active when playing it and the balance games are fun. It may help you tone up if you do it everyday.

  10. Yes, if you do everything correctly and commit to it.  I just got it and I've been losing a little weight every single day.  (But I've been a little crazy and working about two hours a day, so "results may differ" and all.)

  11. Not from my expierience

sit ups and bike riding have a much better effect and quicker not to mention!

  12. i hope so cz i bought one a couple of days ago. but its been doing good for my muscles and stuff and makes me ache haha.

i enjoy doing the aerobic and balance games and the yoga and muscle workouts are good too cz you get a trainer to guide you through it :D

  13. ya it does have 1

    really good

    there is running y

    yoga

    all sorts of exercise

    its 80EURO

  14. Don't buy it

  15. i got mine and i was sore everyday i used it, so it must work. i haven't lost any weight yet, but the muscles in my arms and legs are starting to tone up.

  16. i have the wii fit and yes it will help you tone up but it's just like any other excersise regime - you have to stick to it to see results.  it has yoga, muscle strengthening, aerobics, balance tests.... it covers a lot of ground so you should find the best way to tone up for you on there.
