Does working-out Stunt Growth.?

I am 14 and I recently started to workout with :

weights , bench pressing , leg ups ,

things like that. will that make me stop growing?

  1. it wont as long as u dont hit it real hard since ur muscles have to grow normally and u are pushing them to not only grow to normal size but also even bigger


  2. After a certain age it will not affect your growt. Most people start working out at age 14. At that age you will not have to worry about stunt growth.

  3. Well your quite young so there's a good chance it could as your body hasn't fully developed yet

    I know a lot of guys who started working out too young and hitting them gyms and now their all really short compared to everyone else

    Just take it easy and don't work out too often, give your muscles a chance to recuperate and rebuild

    Also lay off the Protein Shakes, that sh*t not only gives you diarrhoea and sore joints but the minute u stop taking them ur body won't retain the muscle you've put for long..

    If I were you, what I would do is this: work out 3 or 4 times a week, for about 1-2 hours each day and don't do anything repetitive, mix up your sets, do like 2 sets of bicep curls, then brench press, then squats, then whatever

    Repetitive exercise will contract your muscles too much and they won't grow
