so i began cheerleading about a year and a half ago, and we work out...a lot. over the past year or so, i've noticed that my appetite is getting less and less. recently, my parents talked to me about whether or not i'm trying to lose weight by eating very little/ becoming anorexic because they've noticed that i have only been eating about a fourth of my meals. the thing is, i'm not. i'm not even trying to lose weight...when i try to eat a full meal, i get like...over stuffed and my stomach hurts, but i'll get really hungry and when i sit down my food in front of me, suddenly, i'm not so hungry. whats happening to me?

  1. If you work out properly, it should cause an increase in appetite because your body will need more energy.

Eat even if you're not hungry. If you go without good, your body will go into starvation mode and that will mess up your metabolism.

  2. I think it's the food. I have had the same problem over a year. The same thing happens, I could be really hungry, but then I see the food and I am not hungry anymore. I recently learned about GMOs and made the switch to organic. It seems my appetite is improving slowly. I think all this lab food has destroyed my appetite. Did you know Bayer, a pharmaceutical company makes rice called LL62??? Did you know that produce is injected with pesticides to make them resistant to chemicals sprayed on them and all the other plants die except the GM plants? This can't be healthy. Go organic!
