i think they still do it even after the foley incident, its pretty cool wen they are on top of the cell, but they dont have many of those matches anymore. but im not 100% sure, sorry dude

well, it was started by accident and the Undertaker honestly thought he had killed Foley, so Safety is definatly an issue

i think they don't do it anymore for safety issues. since undertaker actually did think he killed foley when he threw him off.

the wat things are goin with the viewing age bein changed i would not be 1 bit surprised.ridiculious if they did ban it!

y shud todays superstars not have to risk theyre bodys as much as foley hhh and hbk!
