Does yahoo 360 have an IM or messenger?

I found this on my daughter’s history page: http://360.yahoo.com/msgr/vi/plugin.htm. She has been punished from accessing yahoo IM but it looks like she might be chatting on 360 using a "msgr" but I am not 100% sure. Does anyone know if 360 offers a IM or some sort of messenger program?

We have what is call chat box but you need to go to another site to copy the code and paste in the Yahoo 360. It works on the same idea as the Yahoo messenger.

Yahoo Messenger has plug ins for their messenger, like avatar world
