Does yahoo musik jukebox unlimited still work after i cancelled my credit card?

I have recently cancelled my credit card, that i used for Y! Music Jukebox. Next Payment will be next year. Now i cannot log in to Y! Music Jukebox anymore. Does the one thing have to do with the other?
