I don't believe so. A large number of baby clothes and toys are made in yellow and green for gender neutral colors.

Perhaps some yellow things do. When I was a kid Big Bird scared the c**p out of me.

That's interesting....I do remember when I was like 4 years old the colors did look allot brighter to me then now and the yellows were extra intense...(true)
