  1. Yogasanas are not miracle cures. Do exercise under the supervision of an expert trainer. You get everything. As regards to soul. you will  reap what you sow. There is no escape and no forgiveness.


  2. They are a form of movement meditation which keeps you mentally and physically fit.

    I don't agree with the Christian concept of a soul, but I've been told that Christian Fundamentalists feel that Yoga is harmful to the soul and a form of satanic deception.  They've invented a cheap knock-called Praise Moves.

    be a vegatirean , because non- veg  is like a garbage to your body and soul , it polutes you mind and body .

    dere r 2types of YOGA-- 1 is pranayam dat helps u 2 get rid of physical barriers n u feel energetic n new.Other is dhyaan, dat helps u 2gt out of mental abbrasion. u gt calm n soothing mind.Indeed peace.

    in starting, jst sit on earth(folding legs) n try to analyse 1 simple thought say(drinking water on a well) n throw dat thought in a trash,,a divine trash--a flowing river. n feel dat feeling.try to witness dat scene.

    do it for 10min wenever u gt tym.u wl feel good!!!!
