Does you've been framed take mini dv's?

I have a certain video i have on my camcorder, but the software for it isn't compatible with windows vista therefore i can't burn the video to a cd. So I was wondering if i can send my mini dv the video is taped on.

Write to the program and ask them.  My guess would be that they'd much prefer the original tape, but make sure they're prepared to return it!
