  1. Yes. Everything you click on has to go through your ISP.

    If you don't think they keep track of all that, you're mistaken.


  2. if they wanted to, they could see, but they most often do not check unless you are under suspicion

  3. Yes, if they wanted to they can see everything you do online. Don't worry about it because unless you're doing something illegal it's all swell.

  4. YES!!!  And so do the Feds.

    I'm in InfoSec, and everything anyone does is copied.  How do you think we track down the Freaking Hackers coming out of China for the last month?

    Everything, even emails are recorded.   Try it, send an email with the president's full name and a threat, and see who shows up at you door tomorrow...  I'm serious.  They will, or if not, they will watch you like a Hawk.

    I don't think they care about p**n though, since that's everywhere... hee hee.
