Aaron has wonderful form. He is an expert in the downward dog and plank positions. Do I have a little yogi on my hands? What can your baby do?

  1. He has mastered the "happy baby" pose. Flat on back, legs in air, hands on feet.

  2. LOL! too cute.

Well my youngest 2 have great moves!

my 2 yr old actually does my yoga workout w/me, and loves it. she has her own mat.

She likes the stretching the best, she stands on her tip-toes and reaches as high as her arms can go.

she also likes the side twists..it's too cute.

my 11 month old, well he's moved up from the downward dog and plank, and has decided to go full out cardio! he runs around here like crazy, he has the fastest knees in Texas.

he's been working on his squats lately too, and free weights...lifting those heavy duplos is work!

  3. she can pull her feet to her face and chew on them...she is so talented..hehe

  4. Brody just loves his feet! And eating his feet. There can be a bunch of toys, and the feet are always the lasting entertainment.

    <as you can see lol

  5. LMAO I was just reading our local newspaper today, and the headline story was about a local, well-known yoga instructor being arrested for smoking marijuana on the beach before his yoga classes.  Hopefully Aaron won't end up like that guy!

I don't know jack about yoga.  But for some reason, that line from Super Troopers came to mind, which adequately describes the actions of my older son, and that is:   "Do I look like a cat to you boy? Am I jumpin' around all nimbly-bimbly from tree to tree?"

    Corey is, most definetly, nimbly-bimbly.

Yoga, no.  But my baby is most definetely skilled in Cute-Fu, an ancient martial art where cuteness is used to weaken your opponent, and squash the evil forces standing between him and whatever it is that he wants.

  6. Yep, He likes to stand on his head with his butt in the air and head to the side and he plays with his toys like that..he will turn his toys over JUST so he can stand on his head and play with his toys? He does lots of other positions I just don't know the name of them...

He is also a little gymnast..I can turn him over and swing him, go to put him down and he arches his back kinda and he plants his hands on the ground and does a handstand..adorable I love it..I can't wait to get him into a mommy and me class at the local gym..he should LOVE it...

  7. Not quite yet as she's only 4 months but my son who is almost 5 is an expert at cartwheels so I'm sure she'll soon pick that up.
