Does your baby have any toys that are not really toys?

For example, a cell phone or remote with the batteries removed?

My son is 5 moths, and is amused by the colored covers to his bottles. He'll hold them and stare at him, and chew them, pass them back and forth over and over lol

And in his crib I use something called a sheet saver, it ties to each side of the crib so it's nice and flat..and Brody always finds the tag that is at the head of his crib, under the sheet saver..and he will play with it in his fingers, and stare at it FOREVER!!!

I was going to cut it off when I noticed he noticed it lol But it keeps him soo quiet and there is no harm :)

My nephew did. (and still does) He actually knew the difference between the ones that were bought that were made for babies and the real deal. So what we did was we got him ones of those cheap universal remotes and did put any batteries in it and I gave him my old cell phone (kept the battery out) and he was really happy. I think he was about 6 or 7 months old when we did this for him!

She has a remote control ( an old one), a cell phone, an old pot and a bunch of wooden spoons. She also has one of her cousins old shirts.

Yes, basically anything that isn't a toy is game for Aaron.  A ziploc bag filled with garbage was a favorite a few months ago.

Yep..... his burpclothes for starters.  Then he LOVES the remote control..... and trys to get any cell phone in sight.  He also loves tuberware.  And VHS tapes.... he is always taking them out of the entertainment center.  And of course books.... he will steal ANY book in sight.
