  1. lie down

  2. I have scoliosis so my back is ALWAYS sore :(

Take a tylonal or if your pain is really bad, you can go to the doctor and than can prescribe you stronger medication.

Getting back massages always help. Or getting a heating pad and putting it on your back definitely helps relieve the pain!

  3. yes my back hurts at time  after work.

take asprin and take a hot bath and lie down =]

    or

make someone masage it if you have someone there.

this stuff always works for me

  4. get on your back, hold your knees to your chest and rock up and down.i promise it works.

  5. lie down and put your knees to your chest...hold it for 10 seconds. This will relieve some of the stiffness that you feel.

  6. i arch it and then bend forward in like a pike position (like touching your toes) a hot bath helps too, sometimes (this sounds weird) if someone walks over your back it helps.  Lie down on your stomach and just tell them to walk on it in a straight line

  7. Get a therapeutic massage, stretch, and make sure you keep things up at the gym so that you have strong muscles to support your spine.  Do at least two of these and you will have long lasting improvement.

  8. Where abouts on your back does it hurt, but i suggest you to lie down and put ice then heat on in every 5 minutes. If you need to contact me my email is ashley.smith1047@yahoo.com. Hope this helps

  9. Therma care heat wraps

  10. Get a icy hot patch or the creme.

    Take some advil/tylenol.

  11. ignore it i get a real big pain in my back tht doesnt go away and makes me nauciated.

  12. Try ice or heating it. And take tylenol.

  13. stretch it and do exercises to strengthen the muscles to prevent further injures.

  14. sleep

  15. Stretching. Lay on your left side, take your right leg and move it across your body. Then touch the back of your right shoulder to the ground. Do the same with the other side.

It cracks my back every time and loosens the muscles.

  16. ice...not a heating pad.

ice causes the muscles to release something that soothes the pain...i forget the exact term for it.

also, gently massaging the area in case the muscles are tense and need some relief.

  17. professional back crackers did wonders for me.

  18. Take some ibuprofen based pain-killer, and lie down. Or get a massage if you can.

  19. Lay down and put a hot pad on it. I really hope this helps and I am so sorry about your back.

  20. well when i have one i put icy hot on it or a heating pad

    hope you feel better!

  21. Yea. For about 4 years now off and on, but then I've broke it in two places - got oestoeporosis. I find heat patches work the best if you want to avoid painkillers. Also I know I'm gonna sound all doctorish, but keeping moving really is the best, even if it is just around the house. Do stretches - one hand behind your head, the other behind your ribcage and see if you can get them to touch. This one is wonderful for backs. Also lie flat on your stomach and push up with your hands.

In terms of painkillers I find tramadol work best for me, but everybody is different and people suffer different side effects and they can be quite addictive.

  22. lie down and take pain killers.
