i' d say yes but i'm not sure but i think you would get wet because of the material and because they all don't cover the hands and even though it's supposed to clinge to the body it may not.

No, it's like magic. It stays totally dry. Even if you pee in your wet suit, the amazing wet suit will keep you dry from even your own urine.

Yes. Thats why it's called a wetsuit. It lets in a little bit of water and that's how it keeps you warm. A drysuit is waterproof.

Most of the time, yes.  But, if you have a nice wetsuit that doesn't leak, sometimes you will come out dry underneath.  I have Xcel suits, and very often my skin is bone dry underneath when I take them off.
