  4. Ok, your heart doesn't produce blood, it only pumps it.  Cells in the blood die often and get replaced.  Women only loose a few ounces a month, but if you have an injury, the loss is replentished shortly after the wound heals.

    Blood is mainly water, which you get from drinking water.  Blood cells are made in the red marrow of bones.
