  1. never good to deepcycle ur battery, decreases life.

suggest putting it on a chager overnite. Think the battery places now charge for load testing around here and not alway accurate on "life" remaining.

  2. it does diminish the total capacity and life span of that battery. recharge the battery and be more careful in the future.

  3. Yes it does. If it goes dead once, you should get a new one

  4. yes, it could shorten the life of your battery...which is about 5 years, but could be 4 or 6 depending on things like this

  5. Not significantly, no.  You can damage the battery from over charging, so use a quality charger to charge it up so you don't "boil" the battery.

  6. It can.  The more quickly it gets recharged, the less the damage that will occur.  When a battery is discharged, the lead in the plates turns to lead sulfate, which can be reduced back to lead if it doesn't sit too long.  In time, lead sulfate hardens and isn't as easily reduced, and when that gets to be a problem, you replace the battery.
