Does your cat eat veggies?

Question

I have a cat that likes to eat steamed corn. I discovered that she liked to eat this when one of the kernels of corn slipped off my plate and she ate it up and started begging for more! Are there any fruits or vegetables that your cat likes to eat?

I used to have a cat that ate corn off the cob. We just got a kitten that will eat almost anything...she likes apples, melon, and one time we caught her eating a salad!

My cats eat corn, green and yellow beans, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, potatoes and they have even tried turnip, one liked it the other one did not.

They will eat bananas, cantaloupe, nectarines, pears, peaches, grapes, watermelon, and kiwi.  I am sure there are more veggies and fruits they eat but at the moment I can't think!! (Overtired)

No I do not feed them the veggies/fruit it is when my 13 month old has her meals and snacks they clean up whatever she drops on the floor, they are not picky! But they make good little Hoovers!

I have seven cats, all outside cats. Their job is to keep the rodent population down around our ranch.  They are all tame and spoiled even tho they live outside and in the barns.  Most of my cats are very interested in all types of food. Some will eat veggies, fruits, some like pizza and toast.  I have seen all of them chewing on hay at one time or another. There are two cats that will go into the tortoise enclosure and steal vegetables and fruit from the tortoises. It's pretty funny to watch! I thought my cats were weird. Nice to know there are others that will eat fruits and veggies, too! My cats really do eat mice, rats, lizards, birds and the occasional bunny. Of course they get some cat food, too.

Nope. If I tried to feed my little guy a veggie he probably would sniff it and walk away! 0_0 But he eats meat all of the time.. \\

My cat loves green beans. It is so weird she will actually climb up onto the table and try to eat them off your plate it is so funny. Yeah she loves them it is so strange haha.

No! And we don't feed her cat food with veggies in either.

God no!! Cats are carnivores, not omivores. I would never, ever give her anything other than meat.

Minimal amounts of veggies for snacks are okay every now and then but it really does not do any good to the cat's system. They cannot use the amino acids in plants the way they would use the ones found in meat. Your cat is essentially eating empty carbs.

no i dont have a kitty but they need meat they are carnivors they go blind if u feed them just veggies
