Drink plenty of water and fruit juice and get some vitamins  (zinc)  the fruit juice is for the ladies, helps it taste nicer

yes .most folks can do depending on time of day  and diet etc .

in the morning it can be heavy and yellow and by evening it will be clear.

it should in fact always be clear if possible but again food and certain drinks will have a significant effect as would and health problems being suffered by an individual.

sometimes....once before i got ill ....it was my liver (lots of bile).......all the while i've been ill....it was yellow

It can.  Mainly it changes in consistency, from a thick, almost pure white, to a clear whitish liquid.  

It depends on the kinds of foods you eat and the amount of water that you drink.
