  1. That depends on what the offense was. Generally, misdemeanor warrants won't come up in another state, and few jurisdictions would travel out of state to bring someone back on a misdemeanor. Felony warrants will hit everywhere, but the issuing jurisdiction may have limits on where they will go to extradite. Now, as to whether or not the new state will issue ID or DL with an outstanding warrant is up to the new state.

  2. A criminal record will include your full name, date of birth, social security number, and your ID license number. Changing your ID will not help, it will still hit on the other information.

Whether the other state picks you up or not depends on the type of warrant, and if the judge authorized extradition.

  3. It will follow you where ever you go,thanks to computers it'll get there before you.

  4. If your only trying to get an ID card it shouldn't effect you. If your trying to get a drivers license then you may have some problems. Depending on the type of warrant and seriousness of the crime. If its a warrant for traffic violations then your not going to get it until you clear up your warrant. If you know you have a warrant....GO TAKE CARE OF IT. It will definately come back to haunt you at a later date in your life.

  5. In general, it will show up across all 50 states via NCIC and the WPS.

  6. Yes. You can't just move around from state to state getting new id's. Its not a new country its just a different part of the US. Anyone who tells you different doesn't know what they're talking about. You can still be arrested in the new state either by the state police from the previous state following you or by the police in your new state receiving your information. You still committed a crime in America; so you can still be arrested. But whether or not they pursue it will depend on what you did and how serious the crime is.

  7. if you have a warrant for your arrest and move to alaska and you apply for a drivers license you will find out that the state police dept is the in the same building. while you stand at the counter awaitng for the paper work to process the cops come and take you away.
