Does your daily commute to work have traffic jams??

I'm one of the lucky ones.  I live in San Diego and the traffic is pretty bad but I commute just 7 miles and it's against traffic on the freeway so, no - I rarely have to deal with traffic jams.

Its not to bad I work pretty close to home so my drive isnt that bad but about 8 months ago i had a diffrent job and i drove for an hour everyday and there was at least 1-2 accidents EVERY DAY!!! i sat in traffic all morning and all afternoon i never understood why there were so many accidents but there was one every day!

Traffic jams are a way of life in my area. There's always a traffic jam on the main road that services the only entrance/exit to my neighborhood. About 10 miles into my commute I head into another traffic jam and its bumper to bumper for the last 20 miles to work (total commute is 30 miles one way). Same thing for the route home, although its not as bad as the AM.

I have to be honest. My daily commute is only 7 steps to the office. That will include me taking a shower, eating breakfast, and travel to the office. I am a mudlogger and I live in the same trailer that I work in. Our trailers are only about 28 ft long. We work, sleep, eat, and shower all in the same trailer. There is the occasional traffic jam when I am headed to the desk and the other guys is heading to the bathroom.

On the way to work it is not bad because it is 3am but there are a lot of police out.  On the way home it takes me twice as long because it is in the middle of the day and the freeway goes for 3 lanes to 2 then back up to 3 then to 2 then 3 again and no one can figure out how to drive it, it is not hard they just don't realize that they and use the far right lane to pass because it will end they are the ones that make the drive longer then it needs to be

Yes, I live in London and drive to the city every day so it is like pumper to pumper most of the way, apart from my journey is on a motorway but still to crowded and get silly as you go near the city, but it has to be done.
