no anytime the body hurts there is a reason it might be a very short term reason and may not be real important or serious but there is always a reason. Sometimes the groin and testes hurt due to a hernia.

Yea sometimes if i havent nuted for like 4 or 5 days by balls will hurt especially when i go to take a p**s or stand fo a long time

yah its either cuz of growth or some pressure is going on it, sometimes boxers or underwear  can put stress on em
