Does your heart starting hurting or pounding really fast after eating McDonalds?

Sometimes mine does but I do feel sick after Ive had it... and im not overweight so i know I don't have a bad heart or anything.

Even if you had a bad heart, eating fast food wouldn't make it flare up.  My answer is no.

Never had a problem . Better check with your doctor to determine the reason  for your heart pounding and hurting.Check out several other fast food places to see if you get the same results. If not, eat there and skip McDonalds.

Lol no, but if yours does, the result could come from all of the salt/sodium in the food. Too much salt will raise your blood pressure, and the daily recommendation for salt is 2000 mg. Look into the nutriotion facts for the food.

yes, I feel kinda sick and heart beats faster after. amazing, now that I am 30, when I was a teen, I could eat 2 big macs and a fries and do cartwheels after.
