Does your hs grades still count if you transfer out a community college after 1 year?

also i want to go to uc davis really bad is it really possible for me to get in by sept of 09 if i start taking courses starting this summer

That depends on the courses he/she took. UCDavis is pretty liberal so you probably have a good shot at geeting in. Best of luck Dude!
