NO only if you are legally married. you get housing and food allowance !

Accompanied dependents are a standard rate, one wife or one wife and 20 kids.....

if the marines are like the army then no your pay will not go up when you have children...if you're already married and receiving housing allowance and stuff like that then you're getting everything you are entitled to...it doesn't matter how many dependents you have

nope.  BAH with dependents stays the same whether you have a spouse, or a spouse and ten kids.

Basic pay is the same regardless. Some of the other pays such as Housing and meals and whatnot are affected by marriage and how many children one has.
