Does your p***s get bigger flaccid when not masterbating?

I was jsut wondering because i notice if i skip a day or two my p***s is like decent size flaccid rather than the day i m********e it seems smaller. So my question is if you dont m********e for a day or two will it look bigger flaccid rather than same day? Also is it normal for your p***s to shrink ALOT when your in water then go back to normal after a bit you get out? because say if i was like 4 inches flaccid and i shrink to like 2 inches flaccid and go back to 4 aafter a 1 hour being out is that normal?

Shrinkage! Watch the Seinfeld episode. Yes, it does shrink (like a frightened turtle) in cold water. It comes back out when you dry off usually

yes, everything you said is normal

your p***s can appear bigger then flaccid because of blood pooled in it if you have not masturbated for a few days

your p***s does shrinking the water because the temperature change, the blood leaves the p***s and it pulls up closer to your body to stay warm, your s*****m does the same thing

after u ejaculate ur p***s turns flaccid and a lil smaller then normal.. but it goes back to normal like an hour or 2 later
