my cat always talks to me...she mews at my feet when she wants to go out and always meows really loud when she jumps on my bed at night. i love it when she meows at me! she's really vocal..she does it all the time. so yeah, she talks to me

Sure my cat talks to me. He tells me " I want treats, and I want them NOW!" He's a begger.  But other times he'll just sit there and meow for me to follow and he'll take me to where the food is and I'll know he's hungery.

Any one who is really close to any animal will tell you that although they do not speak english they find ways to teach us what they want.They can communicate through there eyes or certain things like going to the door to go out or begging for a special treat.There is a unspoken love that helps you communicate so I guess talking could be a way to describe it although I would go with communication instead.Tilks Mom

Interesting question, my cats do communicate with me, in different ways, one does meow and meow and make me follow her if she has issues needing to be dealt with. I have gotten the idea a few times, other times she is out of luck lol... The stories are so funny!! My other kitty let me know she was sick by doing some things that cats don't usually do, so yes they don't speak english but they do "communicate" with me.

No, but he listens to me, when I talk, even though he has no clue what I'm talking about.

He sits there with his ears perked up, and just looks into my eyes.

Anyways, I'm teaching him how to say mama. :) lol
