Does your voice change much after having a tonsilectime?

I'm getting one soon and I was just curious.

Yes so does Your breathing somewhat. Some people breath really deep when they have there tonsils so that changes that and your voice is clearer.

Yes, your voice will change. It will sound much clearer when you speak.  It's pretty cool actually.

i think it varies person to person. my voice changed A LOT. it got a lot lower. it was over the summer between 6th and 7th grade and when i went back to school, everyone noticed. its not like it was embarrasing, it was just a big drop. no big deal though.
