Does your young son being under 8 years say that you are gross?

or ugly? My 6 year old has started saying ohhh gross evertime he walks in and or won't leave when I'm trying to change or go to the bathroom. How do you get them to stop? I'm really tiring of it!

when my son was 6 did say that most of the times around girls you know with young kids at these ages girls got coodies aww gross thats what they always say this will stop when he becomes a bit more mature about stuff tell him its noting to be gross about.

He is at the age where he knows that boys are different from girls. And they are going to look. You have to teach him about respecting privicy. As for calling names, Have you tried teaching him that words hurt? You can pick up books for kids that talk about saying mean things. My son is only a few years older now, but i had to teach him tat things that  he says hurt feelings

My daughter is six and she went through that phase with me for a while, not so bad since she's a girl. She would walk in on my husband though, and point and laugh, it would drive him crazy he'd be covering up and yelling for her to get out and she would just keep pointing and laughing. As for the insulting, I think they are just a little to "honest" sometimes, and want to get a reaction. I asked her how she would like it if someone was pointing out her flaws, and she got the point. My sons are 8 and 10 and they just know better now, they will over do the complements...lol. Hang in there hopefully he'll grow out of it.
