Does youtube have a bug right now or something?

Question

Because I'm trying to upload a new picture for my default picture or whatever and it keeps going back to my old one! Also when I try to hide my age on my channel it doesn't hide it, it keeps going right back to display it. & also I have checked & read my comments & messages & friend invites and it keeps saying I have them when I already accepted them & read them! So is there a bug & when will it be fixed? Thanks. ALSO, is this happening to anyone else?

yeah i think so im having the same exact problem. something like this happened almost like 2 months ago. but it was fixed like 3 hours after the incident.
