My insurance is Beech Street but TPA of Georgia is the Administer.

I have an appointment with an ENT doctor cause I have a Deviated septum. I want to also get a nose job when they fix my septum. I know insurance won't cover a regular nose job but will they help pay any of it since I have a septum problem? (I know they'll help pay for the septum but I was wondering about the 2 Surgeries put together?)

Also, do I need to call Beech Street or TPA of Georgia to find out what they'll cover?

  1. You need to contact your TPA for a thorough explanation and pre-admission "permission"

  2. You need to contact TPA of Georgia. Beech Street provides the network of hospitals and physicians but TPA of Georgia adjudicates the claims in accordance with the benefit levels and provisions of the self-funded plan document.

The TPA will provide pre-certification material and administer the pre-certification program.
